The GRAMERCY mattress has undergone strict testing and meets our high requirements for quality and durability, as well as the high standards of household products. Every GRAMERCY mattress undergoes strict raw material inspection and experienced quality control. Therefore, we are confident in providing you with a 10-year warranty, covering the materials and craftsmanship of the mattresses , subject to the terms and conditions listed below.
本品质保证的有效期
Warranty Period
床垫品质保证自购买之日起十（10）年有效。须提供原始购物凭证，
并在购买后一个月内在官网上 www.gramercy.com.cn或扫描右侧格蕾梅茜微信公众号进行了产品注册。
The warranty is valid for ten (10) years from the date of purchase. The original purchase receipt must be provided, and the product registration must be carried out on the official website www.gramercy.com.cn or the official account of GRAMERCY WeChat within one month after purchase.
本品质保证涵盖内容
Warranty Coverage
本品质保证仅适用于在家庭使用的产品，涵盖所有床垫的材料和工艺： 裂缝、弹簧损坏、床垫严重下陷。
This quality assurance applies to products used in households only, covering all the mattress materials and workmanship: cracks, spring damage, and severe mattress sagging.

若床垫发生损伤或质量问题，请及时销售经销商联系或者拨打全国服务电话400-1855-700，以保障自身权益。
In case of damages or quality issues, please contact the local dealer in a timely manner or call the national service hotline 400-1855-700 to protect your own rights and interests.
如果质保期内发生属于法律规定的产品质量问题（非消费者原因造成），
GRAMERCY有权决定是否对生产误差而导致的问题产品进行修理，或者更换同样或相当的产品。
更换或修理或退货的运费均由GRAMERCY承担。
如果该产品不再销售或材料无法获得，则GRAMERCY将有权选用品质相当的材料替代。
In case of quality issues within the warranty period that are legally prescribed (not caused by consumer reasons), GRAMERCY has the right to decide whether to repair the problematic products caused by production errors or replace them with the same or equivalent products. The shipping cost for replacement, repair, or return shall be borne by GRAMERCY.
质保服务不包括以下范围
The warranty does not cover the following
1、所有不当使用或者处理对床垫所造成的损坏；
Any damage caused to the mattress due to improper use or handling
2、床垫把手只是装饰用，挪动搬运床垫时不能受力；
The mattress handles are only for decorative purposes and cannot be carried or moved under force.
3、正常使用形成的磨损，划痕， 陈旧、污渍；
Wear, scratches, aging, stains caused by normal use
4、床布（包括有任何污渍、烧焦痕迹）；
Mattress fabrics (including any stains, burnt marks)
4、因移动或折叠床垫而造成的边框弯曲；
Bending of the mattress frames caused by improper moving or folding the mattress
5、因使用不合适的床架而造成的床垫损坏；
Damage to the mattress caused by the use of an inappropriate bed frame
6、明瑕疵处理品销售的商品；
Clearance sales with defects
7、对床垫软硬度喜好的个人原因。
